How to register?
You can register an account with us using the Registration form at the top-right corner of our website. Simply put in your valid e-mail address, make up a password and confirm it. Then check your email inbox for an email confirmation.
How many accounts can I have?
We allow only 1 account per individual. Please don’t create multiple accounts as it might cause their deactivation.
I can’t register, why?
We recommend using a trustworthy email: gmail, yahoo etc. Temporary email services are not allowed. Also make sure your password meets the requirements.
I don’t receive confirmation emails from you, can you help?
Please check all incoming, junk, spam folders of your email client and make sure our email address [email protected] is not added to the black list of your mailer.
How to delete my account?
You can do it by filling out this form. Please make sure to fill out all the fields, and enter your security PIN code in the form.
What do I need to do to take part in your lottery?
All you need to do is register an account, fill out your tickets and buy them using preferable payment method. That’s it.
Does the number order matter?
No, the number order doesn’t matter so you can fill out your tickets in any order.
When do the draws take place?
All lotteries are held once a day. The draw is closed at 08:00 UTC, and winning numbers calculation starts at 10:00 UTC. The time for calculation varies, but it might take up to 2 hours. It takes approximately 10 minutes for one block to be found in blockchain. Please check the "Draws History" for comparison.
How can I see the statistics of my tickets?
You can check all your tickets under the "My tickets" section of your account.
Where can I see the entire draws history?
You can find this info under the "Draws History" section of the main menu.
Why is the functionality of my Bitplay Club account limited?
The functionality of Bitplay Club is limited due to unconfirmed email address. You should check the e-mail address you indicated during the registration, there you’ll find a letter that contains the confirmation link of your registration. Following that link you will confirm the registration and get access to all Bitplay Club features.
